Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Free Cancellation
- No penalty applies when the guest cancels within the free cancellation period stated in the rate conditions or booking confirmation.
2. Late Cancellation
- After the free cancellation period, the hotel may charge a fee or retain part of the deposit according to the reservation terms.
3. No-show
- If the guest does not arrive without prior notice, the hotel may charge the maximum applicable fee under the reservation terms and release the room back to inventory.
4. Refunds
- When a refund applies, it will be sent through the original payment channel. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider or the guest's bank.
5. Date Changes
- Requests to change stay dates are subject to room availability, rate conditions, and pricing on the new dates, and fare differences may apply.
6. Special Circumstances
- In cases of force majeure or government requirements, the hotel may consider alternative arrangements as appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
